How does CrystalTap compare to water delivery services?

Does the system require a lot of space?
Our systems are designed to be compact and are typically installed under the kitchen sink. This keeps your countertops clear while providing easy access to purified water through a dedicated faucet.

What is the difference between 100GPD and 400GPD?
Is this system suitable for a water refilling station business?
No. Our systems are specifically designed for residential use and light commercial applications (such as coffee shops, small restaurants, or offices) where the water is used for direct drinking and food preparation. These units are not intended for heavy industrial use or as primary equipment for a commercial water refilling station business.
Why is Reverse Osmosis better than standard Ultrafiltration?
Ultrafiltration (UF) is essentially a very fine mechanical filter. It makes water clear and removes bacteria, but it cannot remove the dissolved minerals, salts, or heavy metals that affect the taste and safety of your water.
Reverse Osmosis (RO), which is what CrystalTap uses, is a molecular separation process. It is the only way to ensure your water is truly pure by stripping away harmful dissolved solids that UF filters simply cannot catch.
Does the system remove essential minerals?
While the RO process is thorough, our 7-stage and 8-stage systems feature a Mineralization Filter. This stage adds back essential minerals like Calcium and Magnesium, ensuring your water is balanced and has a crisp, refreshing taste.
Installation & Maintenance
Do you provide professional installation?
Yes. We offer Free Installation by our trained technicians for all RO system purchases within Pampanga, some parts of Bulacan, and the Metro Manila area. We handle the plumbing integration to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Note for Metro Manila: A ₱1,000 delivery fee applies to all orders within the metro to cover transport and logistics.
- Note for Bulacan: Coverage is limited to specific areas; please message us to confirm your location.
- Outside Service Zones: For customers in other regions, please contact us to discuss shipping rates and remote installation support.
To ensure the system is set up correctly and to validate your warranty, installation must be performed or supervised by a CrystalTap authorized technician.
How often should the filters be replaced?
To maintain optimal water quality, we generally recommend the following schedule:
Stage 1-3 (Sediment/Carbon): Every 3 to 6 months.
RO Membrane: Every 12 to 24 months.
UV Lamp/Mineral Filters: Every 12 months.
Note: Maintenance frequency may vary depending on your local water source and daily usage.
How do I monitor my water quality?
Many of our systems are equipped with built-in TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meters or filter life indicators, allowing you to see the purity of your water in real-time and know exactly when maintenance is required.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
All CrystalTap systems come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical parts.
Please note: As the UV light sterilizer is provided as a complimentary inclusion, it is not covered under the standard warranty.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship CrystalTap products throughout the Philippines.
How can I order replacement filters?
Replacement filters are always in stock. You can order them through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly.
Can I buy spare parts separately?
Yes. In the event that your warranty has expired, we carry a full inventory of replacement parts, including booster pumps, TDS sensors, solenoid valve, and housing units, to ensure your system continues to run for years to come.
