What is the difference between 100GPD and 400GPD?
  • 100GPD (Gallons Per Day): Perfect for standard residential use, providing plenty of water for a typical family’s drinking and cooking needs.

  • 400GPD: A high-flow system designed for larger households or light commercial settings where a faster water flow rate is required.

It acts as a physical disinfection barrier. The UV light effectively treats 99.9% of common waterborne microorganisms and bacteria, ensuring high-quality, safe drinking water for your home without adding any chemical by-products.

While the RO process is thorough, our 7-stage and 8-stage systems feature a Mineralization Filter. This stage adds back essential minerals like Calcium and Magnesium, ensuring your water is balanced and has a crisp, refreshing taste.

Do you provide professional installation?

Yes. We offer Free Installation by our trained technicians for all RO system purchases within our service areas. We handle the plumbing integration to ensure everything runs smoothly.

All CrystalTap systems come with a 6 months warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical parts to give you peace of mind.

Yes, we ship CrystalTap products throughout the Philippines. For customers outside our standard service zones, please contact us to discuss shipping rates and installation options.

Please note that to ensure the system is set up correctly and to validate your warranty, installation must be performed or supervised by a CrystalTap authorized technician.

Replacement filters are always in stock. You can order them through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly.

Yes. In the event that your warranty has expired, we carry a full inventory of replacement parts, including booster pumps, TDS sensors, solenoid valve, and housing units, to ensure your system continues to run for years to come.
